Yin/Yang combines a 90 minute yin yoga practice, followed by a 90 minute yang vinyasa style. The Yin portion of class will include sustained postures that target our connective tissue to improve joint flexibility while the Yang portion targets our large muscle groups to increase strength and stamina. This class can provide you with a practice that starts with deep, introspective, and quiet filled yoga that evolves into an energizing and uplifting practice.
