Prana Vinyasa Yoga Workshop mit Amit
5th and 6th June 2010
Direct from Rishikesh: first time in Germany!

In this workshop Amit will help you to experience in a most authentic and exciting way the ancient yogic system and its connection to modern science. His teaching style is based on the Prana flow, vinyasa system, with open flow techniques giving you the chance to share his own combinations of asana, into which he also integrates mantra chanting. Amit places a strong emphasis on alignment based on the traditional Iyengar system, and has a very special and inspiring way of adjustment that will give insights even to experienced yogis and yoga teachers. Amit has a great sense of humour, and balances the intensity of his teaching style with large doses of laughter.
Amit is resident in India , and is able to give this workshop while visiting Germany : an opportunity for yogis of all levels and styles, who are ready for a challenge to deepen their practice. We strongly recommend that you don’t miss this inspirational and highly enjoyable weekend workshop, also recommended for yoga teachers.
