Free your Flow Workshop mit Alex Harfield

Feel & Free Your Flow through exploring the energies of Yin & Yang in our yoga practice. Whether we are moving through a dynamic and intense ‘Yang’ Yoga practice or exploring the long and slow extensions of ‘Yin’ Yoga, our breath and movement connection – ‘Vinyasa’ – remains intact. It is through this ‘Vinyasa’ union that we are able to explore our unique practice from the Gross & Dynamic to the Soft and Subtle elements of our body,mind and spirit.




Dynamic forms of yoga help us with strength and flexibility and our overall health, but we find balance in our practice when we have the chance to hold asanas for longer periods of time. We are able to explore the correct alignment and then become aware of the flow of energy (prana) to determine where our blockages may be. Both sides of the coin bring benefit to each other so enjoy this chance to deepen your own practice – ‘ your body, your breath, your practice.’



Alex Harfield


RYT/AYA Yoga Lehrerin, Choreographin, Tänzerin und Sängerin Alex unterrichtet seit 2008 bei Balance Yoga in Frankfurt. Sie unterrichtet weitere Yoga- and Tanzworkshops in Deutschland.

This practice is dynamic and intense offering you the opportunity to keep the same breath and body connection all the way through. Set to a cool compilation of electronic, house and rock vibes – you can be sure that you will Free and Rock your Flow!

Free Your Flow with ‘Yin’ Yoga Yin is slow, fluid, soft. It is water, earth, femininity and nighttime. This practice is intense but in a very slow, soft and
subtle way. Even when we seem to be still for long periods of time
in an asana – Vinyasa, our breath and movement connection continues on much more subtle level. This gives us the opportunity to open up the deep, dense and rarely touched areas of our body. Set to soft compilations of chill out, acoustic and instrumentals we will Flow while we Slow it Down, Deepen it and Let it Go.
