Expand your Consciousness in Breath and Posture through the ancient Yoga Texts

The Gherand Samhita is one of the main source texts for Hatha Yoga. On Saturday and Sunday the 27th and 28th of August 2011 the Yoga Master Kamal from India will be giving a two-day workshop including Asanas(postures, Vinyasa Flow),Pranayama (expansion of vital energy through breathing exercises), Chanting (Devotional Singing) and Meditation, with instruction on the original Sanskrit texts.
On the first day, Kamal will help you tone and strengthen your nervous system from the soles of the feet through the body into hip opening and back bending.
On the second day, Kamal will deepen the practise further with more intensive awareness of alignment and breath. Kamal will accommodate Yogis of all levels. Especially recommended for experienced students and Yoga teachers.
