This Vinyasa special is all about extending beyond dolphin pose. We will reach deep into the upper back, shoulders and work through a variety of back bending asanas. As well as exploring adaptations on dolphin pose, we will also play around with the ‘hollow back’ as well as variations of forearm balance and full wheel. To round off our uplifting, invigorating backbend session, we’ll explore some smooth and soothing yin poses to bring the energies of the body back into balance.
